LED phototherapy

an efficient solution, without manufacturing pain

100% French.

Photobiomodulation (sometimes called low energy laser therapy (LLLT)) is the process by which chromophores selectively absorb low energy wavelengths and generate cellular signaling phenomena that lead to major biological syntheses. Photobiomodulation (PBM) has an action on the cellular metabolism of our tissues comparable to the photosynthesis of plant cells. Light energy is transferred to the different organs of our cells to stimulate metabolic functions that produce several remarkable clinical effects such as analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects or healing effects. Thanks to its stimulating properties confirmed over the last three decades by numerous studies, PBM has now been extended to many areas in the aesthetic field. This type of phototherapy includes a wide range of light sources such as LEDs in non-thermal doses.

Indications for LED phototherapy by a dermatologist : Dr François Michel

Its use in medicine and aesthetics began in 2004, but in fact, it's not really a recent tool, as it's derived from non-thermal infrared lasers (or soft lasers) widely used since the 1980s for their anti-inflammatory and healing properties, these lasers themselves being derived from so-called infrared lamps used for the same purpose for over 50 years.

These infrared lamps actually emit a combination of colors ranging from blue to near infrared, in the same wavelengths as those used with LEDs. In short, this technique is so well established that we can rule out the discovery of any late side-effects.

The LED became famous all of a sudden following a study showing a remodeling and anti-wrinkle effect that its predecessors didn't possess. This is because the light is emitted in "pulsed" mode, even if we often have the impression of a continuous light due to the rapidity of the "flash" frequency. But be careful not to confuse this with flash lamps or pulsed lights, which act by heating the skin, whereas LEDs do not.

This absence of heat is actually rather disconcerting, yet the effectiveness is real, in three areas: the anti-inflammatory and healing effect, the remodeling effect and the ability to increase the penetration of substances applied to the skin. The mode of action is cellular regulation, acting on the mitochondria, our little intra-cellular energy power plants.

As a result, the field of application is extremely vast, from all types of skin inflammation (or joint inflammation, but that's another area) to scars and fine lines. We can add a beneficial effect in certain pigmentation problems such as chloasmas or pregnancy masks, and studies are also underway for cellulite and hair regrowth, due to improved vascularization.

And the possibilities are all the more extensive in that LEDs can be tried on anything because they are risk-free. Indeed, apart from the possibility of triggering an epileptic seizure when the pulse frequency is low enough to create painful light pulses, which is in fact rarely necessary, there are no identified medical risks. At a pinch, some lamps have gone so far up the power scale that they end up heating up a little, but we're a thousand miles away from the risk of burns present in every "hot" laser or flash lamp shot.[...].

The certainties are that red light is predominantly effective in anti-inflammatory and healing effects, remodeling and increasing the penetration of substances applied to the skin. The yellow wavelength is more superficial and the near infrared is deeper, while the vocation of blue light is the treatment of acne. The other established fact is that LEDs only deliver their full potential in "pulsed" mode. And finally, the ultimate certainty is innocuousness. In short, alone or in combination, LED is a safe and effective tool.

Professional LED body, face and hair photobiomodulation device with artificial intelligence LED clinical studies

The manufacture of our LED device is based on clinical studies. There are many devices on the market, but do they optimize LED intensity according to skin phototype? Do they allow you to adjust the distance of the LEDS according to the desired result?

Our device YES.

At the start of the session, artificial intelligence enables you to precisely determine the optimum distance between the LEDS and the area to be treated. An automatic calculation then adjusts the intensity of the LEDS according to skin phototype.

ANTI-AGING / CICATRICES / STIMULATION / STRETCH MARKS / SPOTS / WELL-BEING

LED photobiomodulation is an indispensable technology for your business. Thanks to our device, you'll be able to meet the needs of your clientele and attract new customers. The different programs offered by our device can treat the face, body and hair.

LED PHOTOTHERAPY FOR FACIALS,

effective, scientifically proven technology.

Backed by 30 years of expertise in LED aesthetic technology, our device enables you to achieve unique results in facial care. The 3 panels feature single-color LEDs (red, blue and yellow). Clinical studies show results with primary colors, optimizing treatment effectiveness. Our expertise and knowledge have enabled us to implement single-color LEDs, i.e. we have red, yellow, blue and infrared LEDs on our panels. In fact, our LEDs don't change color for unrivalled efficiency.

Use of our LED phototherapy device in the medical field.

Many doctors, physiotherapists and healthcare professionals use the virtues of LEDs in their daily work. In partnership with healthcare professionals, BSM Technology has added an "expert mode" to the LED phototherapy device. This additional feature enables you to create programs by selecting LED intensity and duration, as well as the possibility of switching on several LEDs simultaneously, to suit the needs of your patients. New studies are frequently concluded on the benefits of LEDS, whether for osteoarthritis, certain chronic diseases, degenerative diseases, etc.

Expert mode lets you create over 400 different programs.
